About the Workplace

Adult Psychiatry Clinic 1 in Lund is a specialist psychiatric clinic with approximately 30 employees striving to stay at the forefront. We work with team-based care, and within the team, we work in a cross-professional manner to best meet the patient's needs. Our mission is to investigate, assess, and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions. To ensure our patients' needs for security, continuity, and safety, we work with permanent care contacts, individual care plans, and collaborate with other actors. The clinic is located in the Psychiatry House on Baravägen, where several different psychiatric specialist clinics are located.

Responsibilities

We are now looking for a psychologist colleague for a temporary position lasting seven months.

In your role as a psychologist with us, you will among other things conduct diagnostic assessments, investigations, and treatments. You will work with both individual therapy and group therapy to offer patients the best possible care based on their conditions. Furthermore, you will also work on professional joint assessments together with your colleagues from other professional groups, some acute follow-ups, and suicide preventive visits.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed psychologist with eligibility within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement.

Since you work both individually and in a team, you need to have good collaboration skills as well as experience working independently. As a person, we would like you to be flexible and proactive, and willing to contribute to good cooperation through engagement, good communication, and a positive attitude. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
